I have not talked politics on this blog because I felt & still feel that it has no place since my business is celebrity gossip & entertainment. I have been an Obama supporter for some time now...not the WHOLE time but for some time & I am still in shock and in awe of what happened last night. Its surreal because I NEVER thought that I would one day see a Black man get elected as President of the United States of America. I have heard so many doubt that this could happen, I have heard so many say that too many white folk wouldn't let it happen but I heard it happened last night. I know Obama has a long, arduous journey ahead of him and he won't be able to solve all our problems but with the condition Bush & his clan are leaving this country & D.C., Obama can't do worse than that. I have renewed faith in our country now & our election process. I was ready, like many, to call the election rigged if Obama did not win but my/our country has proven me wrong. I was ready to move to Europe as well but I guess I'll stick around in the States & help make change happen. Obama has given the American people some hope especially Black people. I hope young Black children see that you can grow up and be what you want to be without being in elitist or having tons of money. I hope that Black couples learn to love and respect each other again and that Black people see that real nuclear Black families still exist without the man having tens of thousands of kids outside of the marriage &/or relationship and that even if your dad was not present in your life, such as Barack's, that's not an excuse to be a failure for the rest of your life. And I especially hope and pray that young Black women begin to view Michelle Obama as a role model...& no, she's not Oprah, somebody's jump-off, or a video hoe...she's a respectable woman with two degrees & a career of her own who married a respectable man. I'm loving today and the history that was made last night, I had given up hope in this country but for now I'm proud to be an American in every sense of the word....can't nobody take my shine...

P.S.- And contrary to SandraRose's recent post abt Obama being "bi-racial"...Barack Obama is BLACK, trust those white folks don't see otherwise.

Ok, I want to start off by saying I think this outfit is atrocious & that her stylist needs to be fired ASAP, matter of fact, I didn't even know that she had one...can yall believe that there was someone out there dressing Diamond so blindly. What makes this so bad is that she looks bad not just because of her but because of someone else but she's the bigger fool for wearing this crap...okay, onward to what this post is really about...I know yall probably thought it was about bashing Diamond's outfit but it was actually a post to promote the stylist. Although he has a tremendous ways to go, he is a very talented young man. His name Tyre LaJuan & he has made some fashion missteps but I checked out his myspace and he has some talent. He's from MIAMI, FL, resides in Atlanta, Ga now & went to FAMU for a little but from his Myspace page, he only went there to dress up & hang out on the set...lol, typical. He can make some pretty decent boots, some of them are over the top & got a lot going on. I do question Tyre's personal style & his ability to dress women desirably without them looking like hood rats/strippers/fashionless but I do NOT question his talent & his ability to become successful...he has definitely caught my attention & for ONCE, I agree with SandraRose (SR)(I was beginning to lose faith in her site because she can be off the wall/haterish/anti-Obama/attention seeking)...so check out Tyre'sMyspace and SR's article about him.

Some of his work...warning: Tyre's work is a bit ghettto but I can see his work being successful if he tones it down a bit. Also please just look at the BOOTS & SHOES, anything further will bring disappointment

Lil Wayne had his second child this afternoon at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. It was a baby boy named Dwayne Carter III. No word on who is baby mama is OFFICIALLY BUT RUMOR HAS IT... that his baby mama is a Vietnamese chick named Sarah who is a nail tech. This is also her second child & she has "Mrs. Carter" tatted on her chest. She is 21 or 22...this has yet to be confirmed but congrats to Wayne, no less...

*Update: They are also saying she attends The University of Cincinnati & used to be some Cincinnati Bengals Player's jump-off. But I highly doubt she's enrolled in anybody's college being that she's so busy chasing dick but then again, I know how some of these college girls get down...

Its been a slow couple of days with blogging news so if I'm not posting that's why. Like I've mentioned previously I don't like posting what's on everybody elses blog so I am VERY selective with what I post. I don't want it to be true but it is. BJ Coleman (Kimora's publicist for Baby Phat)& James (a director at Baby Phat) have both been FIRED by Kimora & I am in shock & apparently so were they. I guess there are some accidents on the "fab lane". For those of you unfamiliar with James or BJ, they are very much intricate parts of the Baby Phat operations and are featured in just about every episode on Kimora's reality tv show, "Life in the FAB Lane".
